Not all of our lactation providers are in-network with all of our insurance companies (we’re working on it!). Start the scheduling process by selecting an Office, Home, or Telehealth (virtual) visit, then select your insurance company or private pay (if your insurance isn’t listed). From there you’ll be presented with our providers who take your insurance, along with their availability.
See this page for a list of insurance plans with whom we currently are in-network. Lactation care is generally covered by insurance, however, there are instances where deductibles or co-pays may apply. If this is the case, we will invoice you separately for the portion that is applied to deductible/co-pay.
All other families without insurance (or with insurance with whom we are NOT in-network) will be “fee for service” or Private Pay. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or HSA/FSA cards at the time of service. Fee for service families paying by cash or card will receive a superbill that can be used to seek reimbursement from any insurance company. Your insurance may or may not reimburse for these services. Note that if you use an HSA/FSA card to pay for your visit, you cannot also send the superbill to your insurance company; it must be one or the other. Fee for service prices are listed with each service offering below.
IMPORTANT!!! Aetna has changed what they cover for lactation services and we can no longer bill Aetna for Office visits. If you have Aetna insurance, please start by selecting Home visits.
